Who we are
Emerstone Productions is an indie film and animation company based in the US with the goal of bringing stories, feelings, and experiences to life with animation. Our current project “Welcome to EmeraldCity” has been worked on since December 2018 by founder Leia Stea (that’s me).
“Welcome to EmeraldCity” started out as a story I would write for fun. Eventually, it became a sort of outlet for me, a way to express emotions I did not know how to express in any other way. “Welcome to EmeraldCity” gave me comfort, characters to relate to and resonate with, a place to escape to when I needed to unwind, a way to creatively express my feelings and tell stories based on some of the things I’ve experienced, and so much more. I wish to share that with you all and give everyone that same feeling of comfort through the telling of my stories.
